Tax Foreclosure Sales

Tax Foreclosure Sales are conducted differently depending on the county. If you are an investor, please note that county courthouses may have different hours of operation, sale locations, auction procedures, and upset bid requirements. We recommend you review what the sale’s process looks like for the county in which you are interested in bidding. See below for a list of parcels that are actively in the 10-day upset bid period, scheduled for sale, or will be set for sale shortly. For any questions about the auction and bidding process, please see our Resources and Information page.

Please note, that a property under foreclosure is still owned by the taxpayer and entering the premises without permission could constitute trespassing.
